The livestream of the annual Church & Culture Ministry Workshop is coming up on Thursday, March 19 from 1 - 4 p.m. (ET). The spring workshop is designed for ministry leaders and their teams to learn and grow in their respective areas of ministry.
As Mecklenburg Community Church (Meck) closed out 2025, it looked back on a year where in-person auditorium attendance climbed 22% and we continued to see more than 70% of that growth from those who were unchurched. This year's Spring Ministry Workshop will focus on very strategic growth and leadership strategies. Led by Dr. James Emery White, senior pastor of Meck, you will gain practical insights and principles, steps and strategies, to take your church to the next level of impact. Tiered pricing is available for those who would like multiple team members to participate. In this workshop, you will learn about 12 specific, practical actions that your church - regardless of its size - can take to break through whatever attendance barrier you find your church facing.
From how you schedule your day to how you schedule your week, from tackling emails to message prep, from working through emails to reading books, this workshop explores 10 essential efficiency hacks specifically designed for those in vocational ministry to use your time strategically.
Regardless of the nature of your leadership position, if you lead there are three seldom-discussed dynamics that can make the difference between surviving and thriving: understanding the church as a community, cause and corporation - and knowing how to navigate the intricacies of all three; understanding the differences between safe and unsafe people; and knowing how to protect your family from the hits and hurts of vocational ministry. This session will explore all three.
